Early Years Educator - Qualified
We are currently recruiting an Early Years Educator to join our team to be a valued member of our dynamic team of experienced and friendly staff.
Applicants must:
- Hold a NVQ level 3 qualification, or hold a NVQ level 2 and be willing to work towards a level 3.
- Work well as part of a team, closely partnering with other members of staff to provide a stimulating learning environment
- Be enthusiastic about learning
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to develop in
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to work under direction
Duties will include:
- Planning and preparing activities for the children
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Supervising children at mealtimes
- Completing children’s online learning journals
- Working closely with the Manager/Deputy to organise the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Promoting a clean and stimulating environment
- Working as per the policies and procedures of the setting
